    This is the best black raspberry preserves or jam in the world! Every thing about it is delightful. The texture is perfect and the taste is remarkable. I eat a peanut butter and black raspberry preserve sandwich every evening for my bedtime snack and I look forward to it all day. It's a little pricey but well worth it. It's incredibly delicious! Remove the jam from heat and allow it to cool for about 5 minutes, then stir thoroughly with a wooden spoon so that the fruit is evenly distributed.
